August 3rd-6th Four-Day Lacrosse Clinic

$130.00

Our four-day clinic provides athletes with four structured, 90-minute training sessions focused on skill development, confidence, athleticism, and game understanding. Clinics are held at a local park and are conducted in a positive, energetic group setting.

This is not private one-on-one training. Players will train alongside other athletes and may be divided into smaller groups based on age, experience, position, and ability. The group format allows players to learn through competition, communication, partner work, and realistic game situations.

Each day builds on the previous session and may include:

  • Passing, catching, cradling, and stick control

  • Ground balls and possession skills

  • Dodging, shooting, and finishing

  • Defensive footwork, positioning, and communication

  • Speed, agility, coordination, and conditioning

  • Small-sided games and competitive challenges

  • Lacrosse IQ and game-situation instruction

  • Teamwork, confidence, effort, and accountability

The clinic may also have a specific focus, such as shooting, passing, defense, stick skills, transition play, or small-sided games. Activities will be adjusted to meet the experience level of the athletes attending.

What Players Should Bring

Players should arrive with:

  • Lacrosse stick

  • Goggles and mouthguard

  • Cleats or athletic shoes

  • Large water bottle

  • Comfortable athletic clothing

  • Sunscreen

  • Goalie equipment, when applicable

Players should arrive five to ten minutes early, properly hydrated, and ready to participate. Attendance on all four days is strongly encouraged because each session builds upon the skills introduced earlier in the clinic.

Location: Sand Pine Park Boca Raton

Time: 9:00AM-10:30AM

No substitution of dates, no refunds on days not attended.
