Each 90-minute session is designed to help athletes improve their stick skills, athleticism, confidence, and understanding of the game. Training may take place at your home or at a local park, depending on space, availability, and the athlete’s needs.
Please note that park sessions are not guaranteed to be private one-on-one lessons. When appropriate, additional athletes may be invited to join a park session. Small-group training gives players the opportunity to compete, communicate, and practice skills in more realistic game situations. Sessions held at your home will remain limited to the athlete or athletes scheduled by your family.
Training may include:
Passing, catching, cradling, dodging, and ground balls
Shooting technique and finishing
Defensive footwork and positioning
Speed, agility, conditioning, and coordination
Lacrosse IQ and game-situation drills
Confidence, effort, accountability, and positive habits
Players should arrive ready to train with:
Lacrosse stick
Goggles and mouthguard
Cleats or athletic shoes
Water bottle
Comfortable athletic clothing
Any position-specific equipment, including goalie gear
